The United States Air Force is one of the five military branches of the United States.
History[]
In 1954, the Air Force conducted an exhaustive search for the missing aircraft, Vixen 03, until the search was called off by Admiral Walter Bass, when no leads were found. Prior to 1988, an trainer jet crashed in the San Juan Mountains, Colorado which triggered an avalanche and buried the crash site. [1]
